| Details | We are pleased to announce a solo exhibition by sculptor Masanori Koike. His colorful and richly textured objects, primarily created using ceramic techniques, possess a lifelike quality, as if they inhabit a mysterious land. His work draws inspiration from natural objects such as plants and celestial bodies, artificial objects like buildings and city neon lights, and even intangible sensations like memories, smells, sounds, and afterimages cast behind our eyelids. At the heart of Masanori Koike's creation lies a desire to capture the ever-changing landscape and the souls that reside within it. This exhibition, titled "KAIKAI" (meaning "revolving"), will present three-dimensional and two-dimensional works inspired by the cycles of life and nature. Things that circulate, connect, and are reborn in changing forms. Please enjoy the unique world depicted by the interplay of each work. ★ OPENING EVENT ★ A live flute performance will be held on Saturday, October 24th, from 5:00 PM. Enjoy a special one-night-only experience where art and sound intertwine. |
