DetailsGallery NOOOG in Torigoe, Taito-ku, Tokyo, will host a solo exhibition by rock balancing artist Chitoku Ishihana, titled "Rock Balancing Art 'Ishihana' - The Moment the Stone Stands Upright." Rock balancing is a technique that involves balancing natural stones on a single point of gravity without the use of adhesives or tools. The exhibition will showcase the world of "Ishihana," which likens the beautiful yet ephemeral appearance of these stones to flowers. During the exhibition period, there will also be workshops where participants can actually balance stones, as well as an impromptu performance aimed at supporting the recovery efforts after the Kumamoto earthquake.
