Details[About the Exhibition]
Aoi Miyake is an artist who creates works primarily using silkscreen printing, drawing inspiration from the subtle scenes and sensations hidden in everyday life.
Through the overlapping of soft color fields and delicate lines, she expresses the nature and warmth that unexpectedly appear in daily life.
She presents works that resonate with the viewer's memories and emotions, naturally blending into their lives.

This exhibition, "Lines, Color Fields, and Overlaps II," is Aoi Miyake's first solo exhibition at Gallery NOOOG in approximately one year.
It showcases a world of art created by the overlapping of lines and color fields, expanding even further since her previous exhibition.
In addition, a silkscreen workshop led by the artist will be held daily during the exhibition period.

[Silkscreen Workshop]
Using silkscreen printing, a printmaking technique, participants will learn to print on everyday items such as T-shirts and bags.

We offer four different courses to suit your experience and goals, from a beginner's course where you can choose your favorite design and colors, to an advanced course where you can layer multiple designs and colors, a technical course where you can enjoy gradients and marble colors, and a course where you can bring your own photos to print from your smartphone.
Everyone, from beginners to experienced artists, can enjoy the workshop at their own pace.

Each session is 2 hours long / 500 yen off the participation fee for elementary school students and older with advance reservation.
